1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Purchase Orderly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and companies
You are responsible for the activity under your company workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each workspace's data is scoped to that company.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled from your Account → Billing page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
